Pricing and turnaround times
We will commit to returning your revised document by email within the agreed turnaround time. Remember that business days do not include weekends and UK bank holidays.
While our aim is to return your document as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that our response will be quicker than that agreed.
Changes to the terms of the contract (i.e. adding to the number of words to be edited) may affect the agreed price and turnaround time.
Our prices are not subject to VAT.
At Erudito, we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and provide the products and services you have requested from us.
Specifically, we may use these data to improve the services we provide, contact you in response to a specific query and email you promotional offers and newsletters.
We will always hold your information securely and never sell it to third parties.
Users contacting this website and/or its owners do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal details requested at their own risk.
Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until a time it is no longer required or has no use, as detailed in the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018.

We operate an email newsletter programme, which is used to inform subscribers about the services supplied by Erudito. Users can subscribe through an online automated process should they wish to do so but do so at their own discretion.
Subscriptions are taken in compliance with UK Spam Laws detailed in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.
All personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. No personal details are passed on to third parties or shared with companies/people outside of Erudito.
Our email marketing campaigns may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation. Such tracked activity may include the opening of emails, forwarding of emails and the clicking of links within the email content, times, dates and frequency of activity.
This information is used to refine future email campaigns and supply the user with more relevant content based around their activity.
In compliance with UK Spam Laws and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, subscribers are given the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed at the footer of each email.
Social media platforms
Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms are subject to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held by each platform.
Users are advised to use social media platforms wisely and with due care and caution in regard to their own privacy and personal details.
We will never ask for personal or sensitive information through social media platforms; we encourage users wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact us directly by telephone or email.
This website uses social media sharing. Users are advised before using such social sharing buttons that they do so at their own discretion and note that the social media platform may track and save your request to share a webpage through your social media platform account.
Unlimited access to your editors
We offer unlimited access to your dedicated editors for 90 days. Your 90-day period of editing support begins from the point at which we return your revised document to you.
During this 90-day period, your editors will respond to all your questions. Under the premium plus service, they will also re-edit minor revisions and additions as long as the number of new words added into the resubmitted document represents less than 10% of the original text. For example, for a 5000-word document, the number of newly added words must be below 500 for these changes to be edited under the terms of your original job.
Your editor will also proofread those passages of the text where changes have been made.
Revised documents that contain more than 10% changes based on the criteria above qualify to be re-edited at a discounted rate of 50% compared with our stated prices.
Money back guarantee
Although we will work with you to achieve your publication aims, we do not guarantee that your manuscript will be accepted for publication after our service has been completed.
We take no responsibility for the decision made by the publisher or education institution and we will not be held responsible if the quality of your research is deemed to be below the standard required.
If the target destination of your manuscript expresses that English language errors remain after we have edited it, we will re-edit your document once more for free.
If your journal paper is rejected by the publisher solely on the basis of the English language, we will re-edit it once more for free or offer a full refund.
We reserve the right to speak directly to the journal to understand the precise reasons for rejection.
We will also ask you to provide the copy of the paper that was submitted to the journal. Failure to do so or cases where changes to our returned revision have been made by the authors may invalidate any refund claim.
Right to cancel
Please be aware that we will begin working on your document immediately.
You have the right to cancel this contact within the agreed turnaround time without giving any reason; however, you lose the right to cancel once your revised document has been returned to you.
If you choose to cancel this contract after we have started working on your document, you will only receive a partial refund based on the work already carried out. For example, if we have already edited 75% of the words in your document when you exercise your right to cancel, you will receive a 25% refund. Your document will then be returned to you in its partially edited state.
Refunds will be made in line with the original payment method and carried out within 14 days.
To cancel your order with us, please email us promptly with your order details including your order number. We will take all practical steps to stop working on your document as soon as we receive confirmation of your cancelation but we cannot guarantee that your order would not have already been completed.
We are serious about rectifying concerns if you feel as though our service has not met your expectations.
In the first instance, please email us your concerns and we will deal with them quickly and efficiently by providing fair and proportionate remedies.
Our terms and conditions are guided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 of England and Wales.
